The Maridati Apartments
are 3 holiday flats above a small swimming-bay near Palekastro on the east coast of  Crete.
When heading northwards from Palekastro in direction of Vai and parting right hand to the coast about midway, one will find Taverna Maridati above that small bay.
The locals know the place well as it is famous for it's fresh fish.

Since 2003, there is now also a small apartment facility. It includes 2 two-storey holiday flats for up to 5 persons each, and a maisonnette for up to 3 persons.

Palekastro
is the easternmost village on the island of Crete.
Only the two small hamlets of Azokeramos and Kato Zakros by the road from Palekastro to the South are even more to the East.
In the village there are restaurants, bars and shops of any kind.
